I understand that I must receive approval from the Muegge Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 in order to proceed. I understand that DRC approval does not constitute approval of the Town of Bennett and that I may be required to obtain a building permit. I agree to complete improvements after receiving DRC approval in a timely manner. I have read the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Design Standards and agree to comply with these documents. I also understand that all technical engineering, structural, or drainage matters are my responsibility. I understand the design review process can take up to 30 days to receive approval.
