Muegge Farms Metropolitan District No. 1 is a Title 32 Special District established for the purpose of financing public improvements for the use and benefit of the residents and taxpayers of the District. The District is located in the Town of Bennett, Adams County, Colorado.

Regular meetings shall be held on May 14, and October 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. virtually via video/teleconference.
District Board Meetings are open to the public. View the meeting notice / agenda for details to join. Meeting notices are posted at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. Meeting minutes are posted after they’ve been approved at the following meeting and signed by the Board’s secretary.
