The operations and maintenance fee is $40 per month per home for Muegge Farms Metropolitan District No. 1.

A $20 cluster fee will apply to Oakwood Homes, for more information please view the Resolution Amending the Imposition of District Fees.

Fees are due the first of every month.  A $15 late fee is assessed for payments received after the 15th of the month or payments not made in full. Pre-payment is accepted.

The fee covers weekly trash collection, biweekly recycling collection, administration, common area insurance, and will include common area maintenance as improvements are built.
