Monthly Fees
The operations and maintenance fee is $40 per month per home for Muegge Farms Metropolitan District No. 1.
Fees are due the first of every month, starting November 1st, 2023. A $15 late fee is assessed for payments received after the 15th of the month or payments not made in full. Pre-payment is accepted.
The resolution document outlining the collection of delinquent fees and charges can be found on our Documents Page.
The fee covers weekly trash collection, biweekly recycling collection, administration, common area insurance, and will include common area maintenance as improvements are built.

Billing and payments will be handled through a third-party billing service, AmCoBi.
