How to Submit: 

• Log in to your Smartwebs Resident Portal account. If you have not yet registered, please create an account first.
• From your Owner Dashboard, select the ARC (Architectural Review) form under Quick Actions.
• Complete the form, upload required plans and supporting documents, and click Submit.

All proposed improvements must comply with applicable city, county, state, and local codes. Required building permits remain the responsibility of the homeowner. Any changes to an approved application must be resubmitted for review prior to construction.

There is an Initial Design Review Fee of $100. Subsequent or small items will be charged a $25 Design Review Fee. Checks should be made payable to Muegge Farms Metro District No. 1 and mailed to:
